Today’s intake was;

Roughly 750 calories. I could be over guessing that… but i’m gonna stick with that number. Nothing else for the rest of the day. I have a lot of homework to keep my mind off of it anyway. I was doing good all day…. and i couldn’t purge what I ate…. siigh… tomorrow will be a better day.
